I hope you don't need these. The goal is for HappyMaps to make sense as you go. When it doesn't, here are nine short pages. If yours isn't covered, wouter@happymaps.co goes to me. I read every one & I like writing back.

- What is a pixel map? What a pixel map is, who reads it, and how it differs from projection mapping and pixel tape mapping. Start here if the term is new.
- Getting started Open the generator, tweak the defaults, download your map. The two-minute version.
- Grouping screens Screens that share a name. What that does to their labels, how a group lays out in a row or a column, and how to duplicate one.
- Slicing and Advanced mode Advanced mode unlocks the extras most setups don't need. Slicing is the main one. Both live behind a single toggle.
- Anamorphic 3.9/7.8 support 3.9/7.8 transparent LED walls have a 3.9 horizontal pitch and 7.8 vertical pitch. HappyMaps pre-squishes the render so the wall shows the right shape.
- Themes & Colors Change the look of your pixel map. Colors, fill patterns, overlays, all editable in-app.
- Keyboard shortcuts What you can do without touching the mouse.
- Exports The four download formats. Canvas PNG, per-object input PNGs, per-slice output PNGs, and Resolume XML.
- Studio Authed teams, members, and team branding. The paid tier that runs alongside the free generator.
